Struggle to stay consistent, even though you know what you're supposed to eat?
Question what the right diet and workout program is for YOUR unique body?
Feel like you're doing the same sort of programs over and over but aren't getting to where you want to be?
Until 2016, I was right there with you.
-I had no idea how to eat for my body type, so I kept trying the latest, greatest diets, only to be frustrated by not seeing the results I expect to see.
-I worked out for 60+ minutes, 7 days a week, because I was so afraid to miss a workout and fall off the wagon.
-I questioned myself constantly, wondering if what I was doing was right. Are my workouts effective? Am I doing them correctly? Am I balancing my nutrition with my workouts? I had no idea.
-I tried so hard to stay consistent with my eating but still ended up binging every weekend.
Thank GOODNESS I'm not in that prison anymore. And, lovely, you don't have to be either.
I finally automated my eating, exercised in a way that changed my body, allowed me to stay consistent every single day, and rebuilt my confidence and self-esteem.
See, I actually learned to use my restriction to my advantage and finally get truly consistent.
Now, I eat consistently without effort, don't stress if I miss a workout, am so much more confident, and no longer try to be perfect.
And you can too with my exlcusive 4R Method.
I'm a NASM certified personal trainer and Precision Nutrition L1 coach. But more importantly, I'm an eating disorder survivor of over 12 years. I'm living proof that you CAN be consistent and see physical changes in your body, without overthinking it 24-7.
For all of my teens and most of my early twenties, I fought for my life against anorexia. But even after I was 'recovered,' I still struggled to stay consistent with healtht eating and exercise. I continued to punish myself by restricting my food and exercising more - only to binge every weekend. I was so frustrated that I couldn't just stay consistent if the slightest thing changed from my normal routine.
And here's the thing...
Embracing my restriction journey has allowed me to coach hundreds of women online over the last year and a half, and my battle with consistency helps me meet you where you're at - because I've been there too.
So much more than a standard coaching program, because this four month program is completely customized and specific to you.
Over the course of four months, we'll work through the four modules below. Everyone's journey is unique, so we will progress at YOUR pace, including the most relevant tools and strategies that you need.
Let's see how things really are going.
It's time to get honest and real so that we can identify the real issues keeping you from staying consistent.
(2-4 weeks, including the 60 minute jumpstart)
Let's learn to understand and appreciate what's held you back.
Once we've figured out your specific trouble areas, we'll rebuild your relationships with food, fitness, and yourself so that you know EXACTLY what to do.
(6- 8 weeks)
Let's start pushing boundaries and take back your life.
Now that you have rebuilt your relationships, it's time to reclaim your life by learning to stay consistent in every scenario.
Let's create your best life.
You're ready to take on your best life, so we'll build out your customized blueprint created by YOU for the rest of your life.

I'm certainly pleased by my changes in measurements, but I think the mental shift is even more significant. The biggest change I've noticed is that I no longer have the same sense of "I'll start next Monday..so let me binge for the rest of this week." I feel more capable of indulging and getting right back on it at the next meal or next day or whatever it may be. I also don't feel like all of the sudden I need to completely change my habits and lifestyle and become this new person - instead I can keep these new habits and slowly build a healthier life.

For all our time together, I lost 20.7 lbs and 16-3/4 - and I was far from "perfect" so it shows that it can be done. I'm more consciously making food choices but not feeling restricted or like I'm dieting. I had a lot of digestive issues before that I don't have now and I think it's because I'm eating better & less. I'm exercising more consistently and much more efficiently. You've had a huge impact on my life and I'm way more hopeful I can continue the success into the new year. Much more so than if I was just doing the start of the year dieting for sure!

I am now focused on reaching my full potential. By working on strength and stability I have learned to remove the barriers that limited me. I am no longer willing to settle. I have lost a few pounds, which is great, but I can see clothes fitting better. That is success! I am so excited to continue on this road of success and be off the path of limitations and boundaries. I can get stronger and attain stability. The best part is, I enjoy the workouts. They are FUN! "Thank you" seems inadequate. I am so grateful for the tools you provided and am happy to be on a much more positive and rewarding journey.
