Hi! I'm Katherine, creator of #MetabolicShortcut and founder of Katherine Lynn Coaching.

Hey, what's up, lovely? I'm so glad you're here. 

As an eating disorder survivor of over ten years, NASM certified personal trainer, & Precision Nutrition L1 coach, my mission is to help women be consistent with their workouts and eating without obsession or restriction. I'm all about trading obsession for ease in our fitness and nutrition journeys.  

I'm a California born dog mom, coffee drinker, wine lover, and pit bull advocate. My favorite time of the the day is 5:30am when I'm snuggling my pit bull baby, Juno and brainstorming new ways to help other women quit stressing over nutrition, fitness, and losing weight.

Each workout is specifically designed to get you the max results in the shortest time. 

Every workout is 30 minutes or less and only requires one moderate set of dumbbells so that you can do them anywhere.

Weekly nutrition training

Each week, we’ll work on a high impact nutrition habits (or #NutritionShortcuts) and exactly how to implement them for maximum results.

The training is delivered over email each Sunday.

Weekly Facebook live sessions

Once a week, I'll be jumping on live in our private Facebook group. This is your chance to ask any questions and we'll troubleshoot any roadblocks you're facing.

#MetabolicShortcut is only open to ten highly committed women ready to make a change by working 1:1 with me in a small group setting. Instead of giving a you a list of things to do on your own or some arbitrary rules that worked for some random person, I'll be with you every step of the way. 

They’re sick of constantly struggling with motivation.They are done obsessing about food and exercise, and they're ready to stop beating themselves up for falling off the wagon. 

They want to be healthy and fit without having to constantly think about when to workout and what to eat. They do not want to obsess over fitting in their workouts or controlling their nutrition by counting calories. 

They’re ready to commit to daily check-ins and daily workouts. We've got to work together and hold each other accountable. So a #MetabolicShortcut lady is interested in building a community with likeminded women through connecting with other women in the group. 

They have experience exercising. The workouts in this program are not for beginners.

Who's #MetabolicShortcut NOT For?

This program is not for women looking for a food list. We’ll be designing a long term nutrition program that works for YOU but this takes some work and exploration on your end. Each nutrition shortcut will help you see long term changes but you'll have to test it out and experiment on your own. 

This is not for women who aren’t willing to take responsibility for their goals. Women signing up for #MetabolicShortcut must own their success and failures. #NoVictimMindset

This is not for women who aren’t fully committed. Because I'm limiting this program to such a small number of women, they all HAVE to be ready to commit and participate fully in the Facebook group.

This is not for women looking for a quick fix. Although this program teaches you the shortcuts you need to see changes, it is NOT going to help you drop weight quickly. Instead, it’ll teach you what to do to lose weight long after the program ends.

What equipment do I need to complete the workouts? 

Each workout can be completed with bodyweight or one moderate-for-you set of dumbbells. 

How is #MetabolicShortcut different from other online training programs?

There are hundreds of training and nutrition programs out there but #MetabolicShortcut is different. It focuses on each element that keeps us from seeing results. #MetabolicShortcut also includes more 1:1 coaching than I've ever offered before - with the ability to check in with me over the phone every single week. 

What format do the workouts come in? 

All workouts are delivered via a downloadable PDF. You'll also be able to watch real time, follow along videos of each workout.  

I'm new to lifting weights. Can I do this program? 

It depends. The workouts are tough, so some experience with exercise/lifting is required. If you have been exercising 3x(ish) per week for the last couple months (even if inconsistently), you'll be golden. 

How many times a week do I need to be able to exercise? 

There are five workouts programmed per week. 

How will the nutrition piece work?

I will send out a detailed framework about the nutrition shortcut of the week via email. We will then discuss each habit in the closed Facebook group, troubleshoot on Facebook live, and track our progress weekly. 

What if I am currently doing another program?

If you're doing another workout program or like to do fitness classes, the #MetabolicShortcut workout schedule can be modified to three days per week. 

What coaching comes with #MetabolicShortcut?

I will be in the Facebook group twice daily to check-in, answer questions, and provide support. I will also be going live in the group each week at a time that works best for the group. You'll also have the option to sign up for weekly, ten minute accountability check-ins over the phone with me. This level of access is unprecedented in my group programs!

When are you offering this program again?
